2. Service Description

Freexec is an experimental rewards platform that allows users to earn and manage eCash (XEC) within the site. Features may include games, internal tasks, or other digital activities created by Freexec.

3. User Accounts and Telegram Authentication

To use certain features, you must create an account using Telegram authentication. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

• Telegram Account Requirement: Access to Freexec requires an active Telegram account. Your Freexec account is permanently linked to your Telegram account.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account. This includes keeping your credentials secure and maintaining active recovery methods.
• Account Security: You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of both your Telegram and Freexec accounts.
• Loss of Access: Freexec is not responsible for any loss of access to your Freexec account resulting from:
  • Deletion of your Telegram account by you or Telegram
  • Suspension or termination of your Telegram account by Telegram
  • Loss of your Telegram account credentials or access
  • Any other issues related to your Telegram account
• No Account Recovery: If you lose access to your Telegram account, you may permanently lose access to your Freexec account and any associated rewards or credits.

Freexec may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent activities, automated attacks, or to compromise the security of the system or other users.

5. Rewards and Credits

Rewards obtained within Freexec have an internal digital value and may be changed or removed at any time without prior notice. Freexec does not guarantee a fixed monetary value or continuity of reward programs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and logos of Freexec are the property of the Freexec team or their respective authors. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Freexec is provided "as is", without warranties of availability or continuity. Freexec shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use or misuse of the site, including but not limited to loss of access due to Telegram account issues.

8. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your personal data, including information obtained through Telegram authentication.

9. Modifications

Freexec may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
